Transfers and Cancellations WineCurious Cancelling a Tour/experience or Requesting a Transfer: All courses are subject to minimum and maximum numbers of enrolments. If insufficient enrolments are received, WineCurious may need to cancel the tour/class or experience. In this situation participants will be contacted no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled commencement date and a full refund will be available to them. Alternatively they will be offered a transfer to the next available date if they prefer. Participants Cancelling a Tour/Class or Experience or Requesting a Transfer: Transferring a booking can be completed up to five working days before the tour or experience without loss of tour fee. WineCurious will book the person into the next available tour (subject to availability). There can be no changes made to a booking (apart from changing an attendee’s name) less than 5 working days before the tour/class or experience. ‘No Shows’ will usually result in loss of tour/class or experience fee. Should a participant wish to cancel a booking and obtain a refund, a $25 administration fee will apply if the request is received five or more working days prior to course commencement. 10 working days should be allowed for refund Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to be processed. You will be sent a confirmation email once the refund has been completed. Requests to cancel received less than five working days are not possible. The participant will be encouraged to send someone in their place rather than lose the tour/class or experience fee.
